Lori, the baker with Going With The Grain Bread, will provide participants with information on how to maintain and use a sourdough starter. This is not a class on how to bake sourdough bread. You will learn about keeping a sourdough starter, which is needed to bake sourdough bread.
Attendees receive:
• Sourdough starter and materials to feed it once during the class
• Guidance from a professional baker
• Handout with instructions to take home
• Light refreshments, including some items made with sourdough discard
