Pepita means “little seed of squash” in Spanish and, unlike traditional pumpkin seeds you may be used to used to, they grow hull-less in pumpkins that have names such as: Styrian, Oil Seed, Lady Godiva, Naked Bear, and Kakai Hulless Pumpkin. Our pepitas at Core Goods are raw and can be easily roasted or enjoyed plain. They are US grown, unlike many pepitas that come from China.
