A sweetly satisfying recipe that comes together easily with a squash, honey, walnuts, and some simple condiments you more than likely already have in your fridge right now.
Kayla with Kitchen and Kay is back at it again with a delicious (and beautiful) recipe!
This is made with honeynut squash, which is like a butternut, but smaller, sweeter, and a darker orange on the inside. It’s one of the many types of squash we carry in the fall and winter. Others include butternut, delicata, spaghetti, red kuri, and pie pumpkins.
This recipe is great on its own, but would also be a nice side to a meat or other protein. If you want to take it a step further, Kayla says “adding bacon with the walnut crumble would be killer!”
If you’re looking for something different to bring to Thanksgiving dinner, this would definitely be a winner.
