Recipe: Greek Couscous Salad

Fluffy couscous and crisp vegetables combine to make this fresh Greek Couscous Salad.

Yay for tomato and cucumber season! Nothing is better than fresh veggies in the summer, especially when they are grown locally. They just taste SO much better.

This couscous salad is made of fluffy couscous, fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions), salty olives and feta, and a light dressing. Super simple, yet super flavorful.

We always have couscous, feta, onions, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and dried dill, and carry tomatoes and cucumber mid-summer. We can also get olives, and balsamic vinegar for you through a special order. This dish would also be delicious with roasted red peppers.

We hope you love this salad as much as we do!
