When you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, you can do so with local, quality chocolate at Core Goods, prepared by Divani Chocolatier out of Foxburg.
When Core Goods first opened, we had dark chocolate chips available in bulk, and they soon became one of our most popular items. So, when Divani Chocolatier got in contact with us about offering other types of chocolate at the store, we didn’t hesitate at all to work with them.
Divani was opened in 2007 about 25 miles away in Foxburg by Vaibhav and Melissa Bawa. Quality is at the forefront for the couple, in which they never cut corners when hand making their chocolates.
They source premium quality Belgian chocolate covertures (containing no wax or hydrogenated oils) that give their confections a delicious foundation. Nuts and dried fruit are often organic or come from reputable farms and manufacturers. The only equipment used is a melter to warm the chocolate, and all other processes are done by hand with traditional tools.
“We believe there’s something beautiful about involving the human touch to all that’s put in and on the body,” they said. “When you consume food made with love by humans for humans, it makes better, tastes better and rests better with your system.”
At their store in Foxburg, they sell assortments, truffles and creams, caramels, barks, solid chocolate, and much more, and at Core Goods we have “Bliss Bites” for sale–both dark and milk chocolate bites filled with nuts and dried fruit.
We’ve had a variety of events with Divani, including those involving chocolate strawberries, Bliss Bites, and Christmas caramels and truffles.
