Whether you have an allergy, are gluten-intolerant, or are just looking to try something new, brown rice pasta is a great substitute for traditional pasta in most recipes.
There’s nothing quite like a big, comforting bowl of pasta. There are many people, however, who have a gluten allergy or intolerance, and aren’t able to eat pasta made with wheat. That’s where brown rice pasta can come in!
At Core Goods, we have both brown rice elbows and brown rice vegetable rotini in bulk. Rice is naturally gluten-free and considered a whole grain. Brown rice pasta is said to contain about the same amount of calories and nutrients as whole wheat pasta.
It can be high in carbohydrates, which many people think they should avoid, but carbs supply your body with energy. Brown rice pasta also contains good amounts of fiber (learn more).
Our pastas have a bit of a different texture than traditional pasta, but can easily be substituted in your favorite recipes. We encourage you to give it a try and see what you think!
